Does ARENA charge a fee for their recruiting services to me as a candidate?
No. We do not charge any fee at all. We are a contingency search firm, meaning we work on a position-basis and are paid by our clients.

What types of positions are offered at ARENA?
We offer both contract and permanent positions. Our contracts range from 3 months to undetermined (open ended). On a day to day basis, we usually have 50% contract positions and 50% permanent positions.

Does ARENA offer contractors healthcare and other benefits?
Yes. We offer healthcare benefits along with dental, vacation and holiday pay. Please stipulate your desires when you meet with us.

When working with ARENA, who is my actual employer?
If you are applying for a permanent position, you will be the employee of one of our clients. If you are on a contract with us, you will be a full-time employee of ARENA with potential full-time benefits.

Does your firm treat my profile confidentially?
Without question. Your information is always confidential at ARENA. We understand that everyone has unique circumstances, so we never do anything with your information without your permission.

If I accept a position through ARENA, will my compensation be lowered to pay the fee?
No! We work very differently than many recruiting firms and will get you the pay rate/salary you need.

If I am a contractor, how often do I get paid?
We are on a weekly pay-period and you will be paid every Friday. We use direct deposit, so your money will be deposited directly into your account at the same time every week.
